Our guarantee is simple. If your Denimora denim doesn’t fit like it was made for you, send it back. We’ll refund or replace — no questions asked.

7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this window we can no longer accept the item.

Eligibility

• Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags are intact and attached
• The pair is returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is provided (order number or invoice)

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at returns@denimora.store with your order number and reason.
2. Our team will reply within one business day with a pickup slot.
3. A courier will collect the package from your address at no cost.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange is processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. UPI and card refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days; bank transfers may take up to 10 days depending on your bank.
